Job Training

There aren’t enough people to build houses, to put roofs on houses, to install plumbing in houses.  They can be trained in our high schools and community colleges to do jobs that are really needed.  I don’t see that going away any time soon.  That is a tremendous need and our high schools can meet that need.  For young adults who decide not to go to college, job training programs are critical to their success in the workforce. I’ll support apprenticeships and vocational education programs.
